At ATG Entertainment, we provide you with information so that, before submitting your personal data, you can access the Privacy Policy and any other relevant information about Data Protection.

WHAT WE USE YOUR DATA FOR

ATG Entertainment processes your personal data (first name, last name, email, phone number, and any information necessary for the management and maintenance of the services) for the following purposes:

CONTRACTUAL: (i) for the ticket, pass, subscription, and accreditation sales process, as well as for managing any aspect related to the event (ii) for managing your user registration.

CONSENT:(i) any marketing and commercial action carried out through any means, including telematic ones, (ii) properly attending to and managing enquiries, comments, incidents, or suggestions from Users made through the means enabled on the Web, and (iii) the processing of their personal data for selection processes and castings.

LEGITIMATE INTEREST: (i) to send product and service recommendations taking into account those you have contracted in the past, (ii) for the prevention, investigation, and detection of fraud, (iii) to address the enquiries you send us, (iv) to ensure the proper use of our services, preventing illicit uses or those contrary to our policy, values, or current legal regulations, and (v) to manage suggestions, complaints, and enquiries about the products and/or services purchased through our website.

LEGAL OBLIGATION:(i) Comply with legally established obligations, as well as verify the compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention and money laundering prevention.


HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA 

The retention period of personal data will vary depending on the service you contract.

In any case, your data will be kept for the duration of the business relationship.

Once this has ended, we will keep your data blocked for the statute of limitations periods of the obligations that may have arisen from the processing and/or the applicable legal periods, remaining available to the competent authorities to address any potential responsibilities arising from the processing.

Contact information and for sending commercial communications (Newsletter): We will retain this data as long as your consent for sending electronic commercial communications and Newsletters has not been revoked.

Data of job candidates: 1 year from the moment of receipt of their resume or from the selection process.

Documentation related to personal obligations that do not have a statute of limitations: 5 years (art.1964.2º of the Civil Code).

Books, correspondence, documentation, and receipts related to the business: 6 years (art.30 of the Commercial Code).

Documentation related to tax obligations: 4 years (Articles 66 to 70 of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax Law).

Documentation related to compliance with social obligations: 4 years.

Labour documentation (actions derived from the employment contract): 1 year (Article 59 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23, which approves the consolidated text of the Workers’ Statute Law).

Documentation related to health data in the field of Occupational Risk Prevention: 4 years (Article 22 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on Occupational Risk Prevention).

Documentation related to compliance with data protection obligations: 3 years (art.78 LOPDGD).

Video surveillance: 30 days.

Documentation related to legislation on the prevention of money laundering: 10 years.

Health documentation of people with reduced mobility to adapt the conditions for enjoying our services: 5 years.

HOW YOU CAN EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
As the holder of the rights to your personal information, you have control over that data.

In this way, we also ensure that the information we handle is accurate and truthful.
The rights you can exercise are those recognised in current legislation, including:

Right of Access: you can check if we are processing personal data concerning you at ATG Entertainment.

Right of Rectification and Deletion: you can access your personal information and request the rectification or deletion of your data when it is inaccurate or you consider it no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

Right to Object: you may object to the processing of your data, unless, for compelling legitimate reasons or in the exercise or defence of possible claims, we keep them duly blocked for the corresponding periods as long as the legal obligations subsist.
Right to Restrict Processing: you may request the restriction of processing your personal information while the accuracy or legality of your data is being verified and during the exercise or defence of possible claims or litigation.
Right to Portability: you may request the portability of the data you have provided to us to another data controller under certain circumstances.

HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONTROL AUTHORITY?

If you believe there is an issue with how ATG Entertainment is handling your data, you can direct your complaints either to the address C/ Zamora 45-47, 6º1ª; 08005 Barcelona, as stated in the header, or to the relevant data protection authority, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency being the appropriate one in the case of Spain, through its website: www.aepd.es.

WILL MY DATA BE COMMUNICATED TO OTHER RECIPIENTS?

We guarantee that your data will only be shared with:

  • Competent Public Bodies, Tax Agency, State Security Forces and Corps, Judges and Courts, and only when ATG Entertainment is legally obligated to provide them.
  • Financial entities in the case of financing the services provided.
  • Necessary third parties in the provision of the contracted service: transportation companies, call centres, subcontracted professionals, etc.

Under no circumstances are your personal data shared with third-party companies without complying with the legally established requirements.

If there is collaboration with suppliers who may have access to your data and who will process the aforementioned data on behalf of ATG Entertainment, the selection of suppliers will follow a thorough compliance verification process to ensure proper control in data protection matters.

Additionally, a contract will be signed, in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation, in which these providers commit to applying appropriate technical and organisational measures, processing personal data solely according to the documented instructions of the data controllers.

If any of the data processors are located outside the European Economic Area, the joint controllers will sign the Standard Contractual Clauses with them, which will provide adequate guarantees and protect at all times the access that such third parties may have to your data.

SECURITY
At ATG Entertainment, we maintain the highest levels of security required by law to protect your personal data against accidental loss and unauthorised access, processing, or disclosure, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed.

When we receive your data, we use rigorous procedures and security functions to prevent any unauthorised access.

The actions described in this section and intended to ensure an adequate level of security for the detected risk will include, if necessary, the following measures:

  • Pseudonymization and encryption of personal data.

  • Measures to ensure that any person acting under the authority of ATG Entertainment and having access to personal data can only process such data following ATG Entertainment’s instructions.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Any personal data collected will be treated with absolute confidentiality, committing ourselves to keeping them secret and guaranteeing the duty to safeguard them by adopting all necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, and unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

During auditions and performances, surveillance cameras have been installed solely and exclusively to allow the staff responsible for safeguarding to adequately provide all performers with the necessary level of care, as well as to objectively evaluate the auditions and archive the recordings for future reference.

ATG Entertainment is not responsible for the surveillance cameras and, at no time, has access to their content.

In case of any doubts regarding this matter, we recommend that you contact the person responsible for the cameras, whose contact information is available on the informational signage installed in the corresponding areas.

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

You declare that you have been informed of the conditions regarding the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to their processing by ATG Entertainment in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy.


CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

ATG Entertainment reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential updates, as well as to other industry practices.

In such cases, ATG Entertainment will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable advance notice before they come into effect.
